DeIntegro Telehealth Counseling
Life shapes each of us through seasons of joy, hardship, uncertainty, and growth. Those experiences have shaped how I listen, encourage, and walk alongside others.I believe people are more than the problems that bring them to counseling. Lasting change begins by understanding how our thoughts, emotions, relationships, physical health, and values influence one another. My approach is collaborative, practical, and individualized. Together we'll identify patterns, build practical skills, and help you move toward greater confidence, resilience, and lasting growth.

DeIntegro Telehealth Counseling
Change Is Possible.
If you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply exhausted, counseling can help you move beyond surviving and toward lasting growth.

More Than Symptom Management
Most people come to counseling because of anxiety, depression, relationship conflict, chronic stress, or a major life transition. But those challenges rarely affect only one area of life.Stress can affect sleep.
Relationships can influence emotional health.
Physical health can influence mood.
Past experiences can shape present reactions.
At DeIntegro Counseling, we believe lasting change begins by understanding the whole person, not just the symptoms.
